Instructions for Opening an Account |
For New Investors who do not own stocks in ISX:
- For individuals fill and sign application 1 A below.
- For corporate fill and sign application 1 B below.
- Fill in application 2 for both, individuals and corporate.
- For Iraqi individuals: Coloured copy of citizenship certificate and ID.
- For Iraqi Corporate: Copy of certificate and contract of establishment certified by the official registration authority.
- For non Iraqi individuals: Coloured copy of passport verified at the Iraqi Embassy or any acknowledged official entity.
- For Corporate entities: Copy of entity official papers verified by the issuing establishment and the Iraqi Embassy or any acknowledged official entity.
- Scan authenticated documents and contracts (jpg or pdf). Email them our company email

- Al Karmal Ltd will handle all procedures and send the "Invester #" to the email supplied on client application.
- After receiving money transfer, client will be notified and will be able to execute orders by filling and signing the purchase and sale orders below and emailing them to contracts@isx-karmal.com
- Statements of purchase and sale will be sent to clients via email.
For investers who already own stocks in ISX:
- Same instructions as above.
- Sign Al karmal Ltd contract below (for investers who did not sign before)
- Sign and fill application 3.
- Deliver application 3 by hand or send by mail to Al Karmal office along with original stocks certificates.
- Obtaining an "invester #" can be done with or prior to handing in original stocks certificates.
