Accordingly, the Client shall bear sole responsibility for all risks associated with or arising from the use of the service under the agreement and contract concluded between the Company and the Client. The Client’s consent to downloading the application shall constitute acceptance and acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of AlKarmal Brokerage For The Sale and Purchase of Securities (P.S.C).
